1. Minimum Refund Amount
The refund amount must be at least $10 USD. Amounts below this threshold are not eligible for cash refunds; the funds remain in your wallet balance and can be used for any future order.
2. Refund Method
Refunds are issued through the same payment gateway the customer used to deposit:
- Deposited via Stripe / Visa / Mastercard → refund returns to the same card.
- Deposited via USDT / Ethereum / Cryptomus / Heleket / RedotPay → refund to the same wallet address.
- Deposited via OPay / YouCan Pay / local wallet → refund to the same account.
3. When is a refund eligible?
- The deposited amount has not yet been used on any order.
- The order failed permanently and could not be fulfilled (automatically refunded).
- Request is made within 30 days of the deposit date.
4. When refunds are not available
- Orders that are partially or fully completed.
- Amounts already spent on orders that have been delivered or are in progress.
- Accounts suspended for terms violations.
5. How to request a refund & processing time
Open a support ticket from the "Support" section of your account and include the Payment ID, payment method, and reason.
Refund processing time depends on the platform's available liquidity, and typically takes between 15 and 30 days from the approval date.
6. Automatic refunds
Orders that fail because of provider balance issues or service errors are automatically refunded to your wallet immediately (no waiting period).
7. Bonuses on refunds
- When a refund is issued, no bonus is granted on the refunded amount.
- If a bonus was previously credited on the original deposit, it is deducted from your balance before the refund is completed.
- Refunds are returned through the same payment gateway used for the deposit (e.g. Stripe → Stripe, Cryptomus → Cryptomus, etc.).
